Vlada Parrott is a certified Personal Trainer and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Before fitness, Vlada built an elite career as a professional dancer, performing on international tours and working alongside some of the biggest names in entertainment. That background gave her a rare ability to see the body as a dynamic, moving system and understand exactly how to train it for real results.
Her true specialty as a trainer is helping moms who feel broken, weak, and disconnected from their bodies after having kids rebuild their core and full body strength from the ground up. Whether a woman is newly postpartum or years into motherhood, Vlada meets her where she is and guides her through restoring core and pelvic floor function, healing diastasis recti, and rebuilding the strength and metabolism that makes her look her best, feel strong and confident, and move without limits.
She has helped hundreds of moms go from depleted and frustrated to strong, energized, pain free, and feeling limitless in their bodies and present in their lives.
“My goal is to help women maximize health and take care of their body as we age.”

Yes. Most women I work with are years (2 to 20+ years) postpartum and never properly rebuilt their core. This program helps you retrain what was missed and finally build strength the right way.
Both. You’ll follow a structured program, so you always know what to do.
For the first 10 weeks, you’ll also have my support inside a private community for questions, form help, and extra guidance so you can stay on track and keep progressing.
Phase 1 sessions are shorter, about 5 to 25 minutes, focused on mobility, improving what’s not working, and building proper core connection and strength.
In Phases 2 to 5, you’ll follow 3 workouts per week, each about 35 to 45 minutes.
Yes. The program is structured step by step so you can build strength safely and learn proper form from the start. It progresses every 4 weeks, but you can go at your own pace and repeat any workouts as needed.
It depends on the severity and stage.
This program teaches proper core connection and pressure management while helping you build core and full body strength, but it’s not a replacement for medical care. If your symptoms are recent, more advanced, or you’ve been diagnosed, it’s best to check with a pelvic floor PT or your provider before starting.
Not sure? Email me at [email protected] and I’ll help guide you.
No. This is a home-based program using simple equipment and household items.
You’ll start in Phase 1 with a yoga mat, light resistance band, small Pilates ball or a rolled towel, and a foam roller. Every workout shows exactly what equipment is used, what you can substitute, or how to do it bodyweight, and gives you time to get set up.
If you choose to purchase anything, I include specific equipment links to make it easy.
Real strength and lasting change take time.
Just like in personal training, you move through phases that build on each other. You do not jump from beginner to advanced overnight. This gives you time to feel your core working, improve what has been off, and build strength you can carry into any workout.
Many women start to feel their core actually working instead of pushing out or feeling disconnected. You’ll notice better control when you breathe, engage, and move, along with more strength and stability through your core, lower and upper body. Many also see less doming and less lower belly pushing out as their body learns to manage pressure correctly.
Results depend on your consistency and how you apply what you’re learning.
Most programs skip the foundation. That’s where we start.
If your posture, breathing, and pressure are off, your core won’t work properly.
This program builds that first, then progresses your strength step by step so your body actually learns. It’s not just workouts. You’re guided, challenged, and building real understanding along the way.
This is not for someone who is newly postpartum, still in the early healing phase, breastfeeding, or dealing with more advanced symptoms that require one on one physical therapy support.
It’s also not for someone looking for quick fat loss, random workouts, or a program to follow without learning how to use their body.
This is for women who are ready to slow down, learn proper core connection, and build real strength that carries into everything they do.
